This is Hackle Raccoon, Keen's long-time fish thief and nemesis. He used to wander the forests of Wildfar to forage for food and stayed anywhere he liked. He joins the pack as the third member in kind of an odd way, but he becomes friends with Keen and the others of the pack in no time at all as they go on their journey around the world.
